Carers infomation

You may find useful information and support from the following charities:

Do you look after someone?

If you are a carer we would be grateful if you could let us know so that we can record this on your notes and arrange for our Care Co-Ordinator, Natasha, to contact you to offer support.

The responsibility of looking after someone can sometimes be quite challenging and it is important to look after your own health. If you feel you need any support from the surgery please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange an appointment with your Doctor.

  • Taking a break
Caring for someone can be a full-time job, but it’s essential that you take time out for yourself too. Read our guide to accessing breaks and respite.
  • Housing and carers
Do you know your tenancy rights as a carer? Are you aware of all your care at home options? Do you need tips on moving someone around the home?
