You can order an NHS repeat prescription from your pharmacy by using our online system.

We are a Dispensing Practice

We are a Dispensing Practice and dispense drugs for Patients who live in areas further than a mile from a Chemist. Patients may select for us to send their prescriptions electronically to a chemist of their choice or take a paper prescription to another chemist if they wish. Please speak to a member of the dispensary team to arrange this.

Please request your repeat prescription and it will be processed and ready to collect in 4 full working days at your chosen surgery.

To order medication you can either:

  • Download the NHS App and register for on-line services and then this will give you the ability to order your medication.
  • Order Online Here
  • Email Dispensary Team direct with your repeat medication requests to chacewater.dispensary1@nhs.net
  • leave a written request or marked repeat prescription form at the Surgery
  • Alternatively, if you are not already signed up to our Managed Repeat System and would like to be, please speak to a member of the reception team when you collect your medication.

Patients who wish to register for online services please click on this link NHS App. You will be guided through a secure registration process which will enable you to have online access.

When you order your prescription please remember to allow four full working days before you collect them

Any orders placed over a bank holiday weekend, including the bank holiday Monday, will not be available until after 12 Noon on Friday of that week.

Please consider these times when ordering i.e.: if after 4.30 pm the request will not be accepted until the following day OR at weekends the request will not be accepted until the following Monday.

How your pharmacy can help

Pharmacists are qualified healthcare professionals who can help you with minor health concerns. They can offer medical advice and over-the-counter medicines for minor illnesses like coughs, colds, tummy problems and aches and pains.

For symptoms that are more serious, we suggest visiting your GP or nurse. You can book an appointment by going to our Appointments page.

Prescription charges

The NHS prescription charges apply to England only. These are:

  • Prescription (per item): £9.65
  • 12-month prepayment certificate (PPC): £111.60
  • 3-month PPC: £31.25.
